- A crisp, crackly baguette with juicy roast pork and crunchy crackling, tangy pickled cucumber, a fermented chilli kick and fresh herbs.
- Serving ideas:
- Warm through and slice in half to serve as a hearty party sandwich, or pair with ramen bowls for a Vietnamese-style feast.
- Preparation & reheating:
