- Rich and comforting, with layers of soft roasted vegetables, tangy pomodoro, fresh basil and melted, golden cheese.
- Serving ideas:
- Serve hot with the extra pomodoro sauce and parmesan on the side, and a fresh salad.
- Preparation & reheating:
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8-10 minutes until piping hot. Heat the jar of pomodoro sauce and serve it alongside the lasagna with the parmesan.
