- A crisp, buttery pastry with a silky egg custard, smoky bacon, sweet creamed leeks and nutty parmesan.
- Serving ideas:
- Slice and serve warm or at room temperature as the centrepiece of a grazing table, brunch or dinner spread, with a fresh salad on the side.
- Preparation & reheating:
- Warm in a preheated oven at 180-200°C for 4-5 minutes, then cut into slices and serve.
