- Mixed mushrooms, thyme, garlic, spiced BBQ sauce, onion jam, cheddar cheese, flour, butter, cream. Served with tomato chutney.
- Taste & texture:
- Flaky, buttery pastry filled with smoky, savoury mushrooms and melted cheddar, with a sweet and tangy tomato chutney on the side.
- Serving ideas:
- Serve warm on a platter with the tomato chutney for dipping. Great as finger food at parties.
- Preparation & reheating:
- Warm in a preheated oven at 180°C for 4-5 minutes. Avoid the microwave, as it makes the pastry soggy.
- Storage:
- Store in the fridge.
