- Taste & texture:
- Rich and comforting, with tender minced chicken in a creamy pomodoro, layered with fresh pasta and golden, melted cheese. The chorizo version adds a smoky, spicy kick.
- Serving ideas:
- Serve hot with the extra pomodoro sauce and parmesan on the side, and a fresh salad.
- Preparation & reheating:
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until piping hot. Heat the jar of pomodoro sauce and serve it alongside the lasagna with the parmesan.
