Whole wheat flour, refined flour, baked soda, salt
Taste & texture
Springy, chewy and firm, holding their bite in hot broth without going soft.
Serving ideas
Cook them in a hot broth for a bowl of ramen or laksa, or toss them in a stir-fry with our Teriyaki, Black Pepper or Schezwan sauce. Finish with Chilli Peanut Crisp.
Preparation & reheating
Shake the noodles loose and cook them in plenty of boiling water for a few minutes until just tender, then drain and add to your broth or wok.
Storage
Store in the fridge.
