Taste & texture
Silky and tender with a gentle bite, and a rich flavour from the eggs and semolina.
Serving ideas
Toss it with our Pomodoro or Herbed Bianca sauce or Basil Almond Pesto, layer the sheets into a lasagna, or finish with a spoonful of Chilli Peanut Crisp.
Preparation & reheating
Cook in plenty of salted boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes until al dente, then toss straight into your sauce.
