Rich and silky, with a springy bite that holds up well in the wok.
Serving ideas
Toss them in a stir-fry with vegetables, chicken or tofu and our Teriyaki, Black Pepper or Schezwan sauce, or serve them in a laksa. Finish with Chilli Peanut Crisp.
Preparation & reheating
Shake the noodles loose and cook them in boiling water for a few minutes until just tender, then drain and toss straight into your wok.

Store in the fridge.
